When you contact us by email or WhatsApp, we receive the information you choose to share to answer your enquiry, assess a project or coordinate a service. Use these channels for matters requiring personal attention. Nerva does not create support tickets or activate emergency assistance.
How Nerva works
Nerva uses Google/Gemini artificial intelligence to provide guidance about CB Systems. When you submit an enquiry after the initial greeting, your message, a limited conversation context and relevant public information are sent to Google. Answers may contain errors: confirm quotations, terms and decisions affecting your organisation directly with CB Systems.
Your name and conversation
The name used in the greeting stays in the memory of this page and is not automatically included in the context sent to Gemini. Type “continue” to skip it. If you include your name or other information in a later enquiry, that text is sent to the AI provider. The assistant does not store conversation history in the WordPress database. Clearing the chat removes the local conversation; it does not delete information already sent to Google.
Processing by Google
The current configuration uses Gemini’s free tier. Google may use queries and answers to improve its products and allows human review. Do not enter personal data, passwords, access codes, private documents or confidential information. Processing may take place outside Argentina and is subject to the Gemini terms and Google privacy policy.
Technical information and cookies
The website and its technical providers may process connection data to deliver pages, maintain security and diagnose errors. Nerva uses temporary counters and an identifier derived from the IP address to limit abusive requests; these counters do not contain chat messages. This version does not include advertising analytics or its own tracking cookies. WordPress may use technical cookies for administrator access. These details will be reviewed if tools or hosting change.
WhatsApp and external links
Links to WhatsApp, Google Maps, social networks, TeamViewer and client websites lead to third-party services with their own terms. Some WhatsApp links prepare text for your enquiry; you can review it before sending. This website does not independently send WhatsApp messages or emails.
Retention and requests
Email and WhatsApp messages are managed to address your enquiry and service relationship, according to their purpose and applicable obligations. The AI provider’s retention and use are governed by its terms. You can request information, access, correction, updating or deletion of data managed by CB Systems by emailing info@cbsystems.com.ar. Argentina’s AAIP provides information about data rights and complaints.

We will update this page when the website’s channels, providers or features change. This information describes the current configuration and must be reviewed again when the website moves to its final hosting service.
